$500 reward

The Sierra Verde Ranch POA board voted to offer a $500 reward to anyone who gives the board information which leads to the arrest and prosecution of anyone caught vandalizing or stealing SVR equipment, wells or SVR property.  We are all the eyes and ears for what goes on around the ranch and we count on owners to let the board know if they see anything suspicious with regards to road maintenance equipment and/or the wells.  Every owner shares equally in the cost to replace &/or repair items that are taken or damaged.  Please contact Vision Community Management (SierraVerdeRanch@WeAreVision.com) and report information you feel might be useful. They will direct your information to the appropriate board member for follow up.
VANDALISM AND THEFT - 02/04-07/2020
We are currently looking for information related to the VANDALISM & THEFT on the SVR backhoe.  Sometime between Feb 4 - 7, 2020 someone damaged the locked fuel cap on the backhoe and was then able to steal the fuel. A police report has been filed. If you have any information regarding this incident, please contact SVRPOA board immediately.
