Roads
SVR access roads (over 288 miles) are considered primitive roads and are maintained and graded on an as needed basis. We do not grade when it's too dry or too wet and we do not snow plow. There is not a set schedule for grading as many times weather or emergencies require us to move the equipment without notice. When everything goes perfectly as planned, no breakdowns, with a normal grading cycle, the equipment should pass by every area about once per year. If you have an emergency NON-PASSABLE situation, contact the board road committee immediately, via the request form below, every effort will be made to assist you in accessing your property as soon as physically possible. Use the same form for all maintenance requests and they will be handled or scheduled as time and equipment permit. Help take care of all SVR roads, it may be a while before equipment is back in the area.
GRADING PROGRESS AND UPDATES (check the ROAD GRADING MILES report below to see when equipment was last in your area-this might give you an approximate idea when the equipment will be back in your area during the normal grading cycle. Remember-that is if all goes well, and no emergencies arise, taking the equipment somewhere else temporarily)
